The Fit Mummy Project App
Over the last week or so I have been trialling the new app from my friend Kimmy Smith called The Fit Mummy Project.
It's designed especially for mums to heal and repair their bodies (and minds) postpartum and includes short video classes that are easy and super effective. The sections to choose from include Barre, strength, yoga, meditation and more. It's good for anywhere from 6 weeks to 4 years after you've had your baby.
What drew me to the app is the deep knowledge and passion Kimmy has about postpartum core, pelvic floor and abdominal separation issues. I've found it incredibly hard to find information on what exercises are safe but after listening to Kimmy's interview on the Supermum podcast and hearing her story about what she's experienced with her own body, I knew this app would be for me.
